As well as representing the younger members of the parish, I want to show respect for and help protect local customs, traditions and values, as I come from an old Cornish family with my Grandfather Henry being Captain of Caerhays & Gorran Bell Towers for many years and roots that we can trace back to Veryan in the 1500’s. I work at Cakebreads in the shop and behind the bar, and from there I get to meet and interact with many local residents.
